Health care organizations now have the opportunity to use just-in-time training to help current employees and new hires understand regulations and develop skills that promote and sustain a high quality of service.

Courses provided:  

  1. Health Care Knowledge Competency Assessment  (Roadmap)
  2. HIPAA Privacy (CPHQ)
  3. HIPAA Security (CPHQ)
  4. Stress Management
  5. Effective Facilitation of Meetings
Up to 20 learners at each location can take 40 hours of training each for up to one year at a subscription rate of $600 per annum

Customized training is available for large organizations.

Continuing Education Units (CEU) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) are granted upon successful completion of each course.   CPHQ units are also granted for HIPAA Privacy (15 hours) and HIPAA Security (15 hours).

To Register and Enroll Learners

Use the above URL whenever you register and enroll learners.

After your subscription is verified and you have received your ETC virtual smart card, you may begin registering and enrolling your staff members. 

  • To register each learner, click on My Account on the top navigation bar and click on Signup Free on the login page.
  • To enroll learners in a course(s), click on Course Catalog on the top navigation bar.

To Access Your Course(s)

Once your Manager has registered and enrolled you in your course(s):

  • Click on Course Room on the top navigation bar.
  • Log in with the UserID and Password provided by your Manager.
  • Click on a course title to begin.  We recommend starting only one course at a time.  Once started the course is available for 6 weeks before expiring.
